How long do I have to return my item?
We hope you love your Favorites order, but if you need to return anything email us at hello@thefavorites.com with details of the original order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What are the requirements for a return?
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Kindly include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return as this is required to qualify for a return.
How do I return my item?
Returning your item is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please email us at hello@thefavorites.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Prepare Your Package: Ensure your item is in its original packaging, along with your packing list.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
Are there any cases where a partial refund may be granted?
Partial refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days from your refund being approved for the amount to appear in your payment method used.
What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Can I exchange an item?
We only offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request a replacement, please email us at hello@thefavorites.com with your order number.

Can I return sale items?
We are happy to offer refunds on regular-priced items; however, sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
